"We had a wonderful hair stylist. My 83 year old mother was very happy with the cut he provided her. Ramon or Roberto was great. HOWEVER... There is a lady there. Her name was Kim who was the most poor excuse for a person who deals with people. She was rude, offenssive intolerable, and sarcastic. When I first called to alert them I was arriving late for 3 minutes, she hung up the phone on me, because, "this is the USA, and will not talk people talking in spanish". Then, she was forcing me to sit away from my 84 years old mother, because that was the rule. Ramón, the hairstylist offered me to sit in the chair next to my mother as the place was empty and no one was using it. She was still having a hizzy fit, because she had told me to "sit away". The even said that she tries to understand the problem of immigrants as the "american indians" had to hear people talking another language. And proceeded to tell me that I could then keep being an Indian. Male Stylist who cut my mom's hair 5 STARS Kimberly, the other lady deserves a 0"
